Absolutely no product(s) may be returned without authorization. All returns are subject to a 15% restocking charge. Credit will not be issued for unauthorized returns. There will be an additional charge for repacking, refurbishing or repairs required to restore the returned merchandise, to sellable condition. The customer or representative must call for a return authorization "RA" number. The RA number should be marked on the return. Returns without (RA'S) will be refused. The return freight will not be reimbursed to the customer. Credits of returned merchandise will be credited at the original invoice price, net of all discounts, and rebates. Uskoworks Company reserves the right to issue replacement or credit returns. Discontinued product(s) will not be accepted. All returns must be shipped prepaid and insured. Collect shipments will be refused.
LOST AND DAMAGED SHIPMENTS:
Claims of shortage must be made immediately, upon recipt of shipment, with carrier. Our responsibilty cease when delivery is made to the customer in good order. No returns will be accepted without prior authorization. Accounts must notify Uskoworks Company of lost shipment with 30 days of the invoice date. If a carrier refuses a claim becuase the time elapsed has exceeded his liability period, the loss will be assumed.
ORDER CANCELLATION:
Cancellations will not be accepted unless they are recieved In writing, at Uskoworks Company prior to the cancellation date. At least 10 days prior to this date that is requested. Reason being most orders are sent out with in days of order. Unless this procedure is strictly adhered to, we cannot guarantee the cancellation of your order. Uskoworks reserves the right to choose shipping carrier of it's choice.
