 We make Custom Cases to Order We use many different manufactuuring methods in construction of our aluminum cases. Our molded cases have the highest perceived value,are the most durable,at a higher cost to produce and take a little longer in production. We make cases with a 2 joint construction, which we call a panel case or a picture frame design. The aluminum frame can be made in any length and height, But limited on depth of the case. Panels can be made in a variety of colors and finishes, out of aluminum, poly, acrylic, or pvc. Inside the cases can be lined with nylon lining, 1/8" thick EVA foam or bare. We can include pokets, files, dividers,binders,clip board brackets, and padding for laptop or electronics. We can make die cut foam to fit products or convolted foam (Egg Crate), to hold any item. Hardware is another choice to give the case the right look. Handles, locks, hinges, and shoulder straps can be chosen from exsisting cases on my website. Imprint methods are laser engraving, silk screen, pad print, pewter emblems, or aluminum plates, depending on finish. Production is usally 90-120 days, depending on the type of the case and the time of the year. If the case you need is a stocked case, and only needs a metal tag logo put on. Minimum order is 25 cases. If it is a custom case. Mininum order is 300 cases. PAD PRINTING: is amethod to add one or multiple colors to our hi-tech aluminum cases, which will show details in a small logo that is 3" x 3" or smaller. The finish that will take this type of application are: smooth aluminum, hologram, poly, acrylic, PVC, or vinyl. LASER ENGRAVING:is a permanent way of customizing our aluminum panel cases that have a stripe, smooth or hologram finish. It gives the case a subtle look with a silver white imprint. The detailed graphics of a laser mark cannot be matched. PEWTER EMBLEM:the 2 dimensional emblem is unique customized product that can be an all pewter look or have 1 or 2 color fill in the design. The emblem can be attached by using perment adhesive. SILK SCREENING: is a method to add one or multiple colors to our hi-tech aluminum cases that will make the logo stand out. The finishes that will take this type of application are smooth aluminum, hologram, poly, acrylic, PVC, or vinyl. EMBOSSED:Is a method that has debossed or raised designed logo made with a mold. ORDER CHANGES:If production has started, no changes to order can be accepted, Prior to production all changes must be recieved in writing. Changes include quantity, color, artwork,s hipping methods and destation. CANCELLATIONS: All orders are cosidered firm and cannot be cancelled with out written factory authorization, which will be granted only prior to imprinting or production. Cost of dyes, screens, digitizing and proofs will be billed if completed. There is also a 15% restocking charge. Written confirmation is required on all orders, and a 60% deposit before production begins. Rest do once production is complete. Orders cannot be changed or cancelled once production has begun. No returns accepted for custom or special orders. Warrenty:All products are warrented against defects in materail and workmanship for 1 year. Defective products may be returned for repair, replacement or credit at factory's discretion. For decorated items if return is made within 30 days of the origal invoice date,the replacement will be decorated. If the return is after the 30 days the replacement products will be blank.
